Hi, I’m Katie, the middle creek mama! I’m a homeschool mom of 2. I just want to serve God and eat good food, all while guiding my family to a simple, yet fulfilling life.

Hey there! I'm Katie, the middle creek mama, mom of two, wife of a hardworking construction estimator, and I am saved through the power and grace of Jesus Christ. I spend my days homeschooling my children, doing my best to enjoy every bit of this beautiful life I've been given, and chasing after God's plan for me. I love good food and praising Jesus.
